ARTC’s Bromelton site will be the head quarters for the Inland Rail Project which is going o deliver 16,000 jobs.
Other major players such as shopping centre giant MIRVAC and SCT Logistics, also have purchased large parcels of land in Bromelton. SCT have their freight terminal already operational, the first train for SCT arrived earlier this year.
Oakland Estate is a masterplanned community, including a recently opened Catholic College, planned child care centre and an under construction shopping complex.
